佐香 神社（松尾 神社）『
出雲国 風土記 』の楯縫 郡には、佐香郷 の地名の由来として、「佐香の河内 に百八十神 等集 い坐 して、御厨 立て給いて、酒を醸 させ給 いき。即ち百八十日 喜謹 きて解散 坐 しき。」とあり、多くの神が集まり、家を建てて酒を醸造 し、何日も酒宴 を続けた後、解散したとされています。
佐香神社は、酒造り発祥 の地といわれ、毎年十月十三日には、新米を使ったどぶろくを神前に供える例大祭が執 り行われます。Saka Shrine (Matsuo Shrine)
In the Izumo-no-Kuni Fudoki (ancient record of the features of Izumo) the origin of the place name Saka-no-Sato, in the Tatenui District, is described as follows: "In Kawachi of Saka, many gods gathered, setting up a kitchen and brewing sake, Saka Shrine is said to be the origin of sake brewing, and every year on the 13th October a festival is held where Doburoku-sake, made from new rive, is offered before the gods.
